Foreign Citizen Wants to Marry Somebody Unlawfully Present in the U.S.A.
My fiance is illegal in USA which means he can't come to Europe. But if i go to USA and we get married there then can he get European visa and come here ? Can we get married in USA at all ? Is there any way he can come to Europe and be with me ?

Re: Im from Europe and My Fiance is Illegal in USA
This would be a question for a European (country-specific, I'd imagine) law forum.

The US has no control over another countries immigration policies.

However, I'll touch on the marriage issue - no matter where you get married, both parties need to show a form of identification. If he's illegal, how did he manage to obtain that?

Nothing is stopping him from going home where he can obtain all of the identification he needs to marry or immigrate (except to the US).
