Is There an Emancipation Law in British Columbia
My question involves juvenile law in the province of: British Columbia

Hi, I'm 14 years old and living with my mom, dad, and sister. It seems like everyday I argue non-stop with both of my parents. I do not like them at all, they do not understand me whatsoever, and they make me want to kill myself. We have honestly tried everything, even counseling. They think they can control every move I make, which is not going to happen. We fight, and fight, and fight to the point I'm depressed and have mental breakdowns almost everyday. They abuse me mentally, and they have abused me physically too, but that's rare. They have thrown me into walls, dragged my around the house, pushed me around, and twisted my arms to the point I can't move properly after and I have bruises. The physical abuse is extremely rare, but the mental abuse is on a daily basis. I was wondering if there is an emancipation law in B.C., and if so, how do I get an emancipation? Or I was also wondering if I could just move into one of my friends house legally without court? This may be confusing, but I really do NOT want to live here any longer, I will do anything to get out of this household.
