I Overstayed for Less Than 6 Months, Can I Get a Tourist Visa
Hey, Last year I went to the US for a vacation and I overstayed for like 5 weeks until they found out, so after all the court process and everything it ended up being 5 months of staying there without a visa til I got my voluntary departure from the judge in NY.
So my question is, Would be easy for me to get a tourist visa if I go to apply within the next few weeks.
What kind of stuff would the ask me at the consul?
    thanks!

While you are not banned on the basis of the length of your overstay, you past conduct makes you a poor candidate for a visa. Expect to have to live with the terms of your voluntary departure agreement. You are a poor risk for entry into the country; expect to be denied in the future for you prior illegal presence and voluntary departure.

Whatever you do, do not lie. They will find out and ban you permanently.
