My question involves an easement in the state of: Forida. I signed a purchase agreement for a house to be built and made a deposit. I met on various occasions with the sale agent and builder and no mention of a wall easement was made. Three weeks after the signing I was emailed a plot plan with a ten foot wall easement. As requested in the email I initialed the plot plan and returned it. At no time I was informed of the ten foot easement and despite asking for information on this easement no one can give me clear answers. Am I bound to this purchase agreement or the wall easement? What are my options?
