Prevent Getting Arrested Again for False Accusations

My question involves criminal law for the state of: new jerssey

my boyfriend keeps getting arrested because someone is falsely accussing him of threating them with a hand gun. this is the second time hes been bailed out. how do we prevent him getting arrested a third time because it seems like this person doesn't need any proof to keep getting my boyfriend arrested, he just has to sign a complaint. i even have security camera proof and two witnesses that saw that my boyfreind was somewhere else at the time claimed by he victim but this doesnt seem to matter.

After your boyfriend is cleared of the charges by dismissal or a verdict of not guilty, he can hire an attorney to sue his accuser for false arrest and can seek whatever remedy can be provided from the police or the prosecutor for making a false police report.
