Custody and Visitation Issues: My Child's Father Broke the Visitation Agreement and Took Off with My Kids

My children's father took off with the kids after I went to pick them up at our meeting place after his visitation was over. He took off with them and will not tell me where they are and will not let me talk to them, I went to court today and I obtained a court order stating that the police are allowed to get involved and retrieve my children however they won't do anything untill they know where the children are. I am not able to find this information he wont tell me, what can I do to find my babies and get them home?
