First Offense Misdemeanor Larceny Theft

i was at Kmart and got cought stealing 65.70 worth of stuff.... i am scared and wat to kno what is going to happen to me i was not in it buy myself. i am 8 months pregant and would like to kno waht they are going to do with me ! ? i have never been in troble with the law so help me plz:confused: :o

Depending on which statute they used it would be either a class 1 or class 3 misdemeanor.

Whether it is a class 1 misdemeanor or a class 3 misdemeanor, it is likely if you are convicted, that you will receive a suspended sentence and will have to do community service.
