Minor Possession of Alcohol

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York, So about a month ago i was given a citation for possession of an alcohol beverage underaged. I am 17 in NY, the court sentenced me to a drug evaluation and a one year "do nothing bad" period and the charges go away. I was admitted to rehab for 8 weeks once a week. The drug test is overseen by an employee. Thats the problem, I cannot pee in front of the person. So if I don't give them a screen i automatically test positive for everything. The counselor told me if I give them two incomplete screens I get moved into a six-month program three-times a week. My not being able to pee in-front of the person directly puts me in a stuck position. Is there a way I can tell this to a judge to possibly get community service and fines? If I have to be in rehab I won't ever get out. Please HELP :/

See if they'll approve laboratory blood testing at a facility of their choosing, with you bearing the cost of testing.
