Child Neglect: Child Taken Into Custody as Neglected

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: mississippi. I have a ten month old son named william I was married and well in july of last year my sons father and I seperated and well my son was taken into coustdoy due to his father being a sex offender however I knew he was a sex offender but I didn't know his fathers real charges until I went to youth court well my husband and I are now divorced and my son has been in the dhs foster care system since november I have passed my drug screens I have a stable place to live room room my son william. I have done everything I can for dhs i am only 17 and dhs wants me to get my own place and in the state of mississippi you have to be 18 and if I dont have a job and a place to live of my own by may7,2012 I lose rigth to my only child I have no clue how to get around not loosing my son may7 I will be 18 may30,2012 I have tried to get dhs and the youth court judge to push the date farther back so I can get my son. I NEED HELP PLEASE SOMEONE
