Is H1b Stamping Required for Transferred Visa

Hey,

I Just recently transferred my H1B to Company B from Company A and transfer got approved.My Question is

1)In near future I am going to my home country and on return do i need go to stamping again when my previous H1B stamp date with Company A is not expired?
2)What if my previous company A lawyer has notified the USCIS about my termination of Employment? if it is true do i need to do my stamping once again in my home country in my next trip?

If you have a valid, unexpired H1B visa in your passport from your prior employment, you are not required to go for H1B visa stamping again when you travel - but you should make sure that you carry your I-797 approval notice, employment verification from your current employer and recent paystubs, in case of questions or issues at the port of entry.
