Indecent Exposure

So dude...this has been my past few days...

Friday: Job interviews. I have a variety of skills. Place #1, dress and high heels. Slip into Mc'D's, (no one would have seen me in this stall), changed clothes, washed hands....hit up Place #2.

Saturday....same thing. 3 outfit changes in various bathroom stalls.

Sunday....didn't need to change.

Monday: 3 changes. Public restroom off highway. Next interview. Next clothing change at a Taco Bell bathroom. Next interview. Run to the Michigan Works office (change clothes in their bathroom, get some resumes copies made, hit the road to the next interview...). The only thing I changed in my car or outside my car was....my shoes.

Point being....do you see how easy and logical this is? I was able to change clothes, and not expose myself to anyone...

I'm a pretty chick so I do draw attention wherever I go....so I just be very quick and efficient when changing, and try to bring attention to myself. It really is simple.

Trial is over ..

The witness for state took the stand ( accuser ) IN her statement to the cop she said that she was being followed and felt something was weird going on. She stated that I pulled into the spot beside her and had to keep pulling in and backing up making it difficult for her to get in her vehicle , she stated I was showing it to her. She then said she had to shimmy to get into her truck because I parked so close to her. She stated that she backed up and pulled out , got my tag number and called cops.
My lawyer asked her the events of that day on the stand. First her time and my time dont match up. I have receipts showing purchases from a specific time to another. I changed in the morning, she claims it was after noon. I was already home wrapping gifts and talking to family member on phone. My lawyer asked her when she saw me and what she did. When she said she had to shimmy and wiggle to get into her truck, because I was so close, would her back be to me ? she said yes, so then he asked how she managed to turn her body the entire way around if she was shimming facing her vehicle. Also it is kinda hard to drive your vehicle in reverse and forward ( Gear Selector is on wheel ) and have one hand on wheel, one hand on selctor and a 3rd hand on clothes trying to take them off. Then she said that she seen me from sitting in her vehicle, which now she just changed her story.
My lawyer got the cop pretty Good too, because the cop asked me many times if my story was correct about when I got dressed in my vehicle. I said yes, he said he would get the tapes from the stores to back up my claim. I said fine. My lawyer asked the cop if he ever got such videos. The cop said no, that he felt he didnt need to. Also we ( the jury of 12 people, judge, entire court room ) watched the video of my statement. The entire time the cop was trying to get me to admit to playing with myself. I talked about integrity, and my intentions of what I was doing that say. He said if he seen a pretty girl he would jack, but I said good for you, but thats not me. The video was emarrasing for he cop because he said thi smany times during my interview.
My evidence I had also was my neighbor, and my girl friend. They testified on my behalf. That my truck sits very high, has tinted windows and is very difficult to see in. They also testified that there has been no modifications to the truck what so ever, as in tint being applies, or bigger tires to make truch sit higher. Pictures were taken of then standing by my truck. Pictures were shown how difficult it is to see in my truck. You mostly see a dim sillouhte of me.
I got put on witness stand, and my lawyer basically said , what happened that day. I explained everything to the jury. I was there the night before with my GF. I went to the gym the next morning, after work out, I left the gym, my gym bag was in vehicle. At that time I wasnt even thinking about changing. I was still hot and sweaty, and I just wasnt thinking about changing clothes. I went to the outlets, when i got there I was in the front of outlets. I got out to go shopping. I walked up to the directory sign to see where the stores were at that we went to the night before. ( only been at this place one time cant remember where everything was. Told the jury that. ) While standing there, the very cold and blustery wind was making me shiver, and i could smell my funk.
Since these stores are on the outside and I would be outside alot walkign from store to store, I thought about changing clothes then. I was going to do it there, but I was in the front of the store and there were many vehicles and more people traffic. I didjnt want anyone to see me , so I thought about if I go behind the stores there would be more privacy. SO i drove around to the back, pulled in between to Big Suvs that would shield me. MInd you im already in a Tall truck, that is tinted. So i felt there was enough privacy. I looked around to make sure no one was around. I then grabbed my bag from back seat of truck, sat it on my passenger side. Pulled out towel, slipped off shorts undies, wiped myself with towel, left towel on lap, slipped on new undies and pants, put shoes on and went into store. That was it, nothing more, nothing less.

The prosecuter did ask some what seemed to be hard questions to answer, but all had logical answers. Why were you hard ? I said , yes Because if you do high intensity work outs like I do ( crossfit ) or other types of work outs, it greatly increases, hormones, blood stimulation, and can cause erections. She said do you really expect us to beleive that ? I told her , to please search the internet for facts about working out intensely and the effects it can have on erections. In all honesty, I feel great after a work out, and I do get hard many times during the day. While sitting at home doing nothing, while at work doing my job, while eating.. It just happens with no cause sometimes but I dont feel horny from it. She asked why didnt I change at the gym. I said good question. I was sweaty and hot, and at that time changing into clean clothes was not on my mind, plus my bag was out in my vehicle. So when I left the gym I just left the parking lot as well and was going to shop as I was.
Why Did I change in vehicle ? I told the jury, and looked right at them.. I know that changing in my vehicle is not an ideal place, i felt because I was in a vehicle that sits high, with tinted windows, and did pull behind the stores in between to other big vehicles that I felt well hidden from people. I made an effort to make sure no one was around. When there wasnt anyone I started to change. At no time did I ever see anyone beside me, or looking at me. I do not want anyone to see me. My only intention that day was to get my girl friend presents from the store that we looked at the night before.
Then of course the prosecuter went on to try to make me out to be some animal, ect ect .
CLosing statements my lawyer did a great job of making people think clearly. He said, no one here today is a liar. This room is full of good people. The events that took place were ones from perspective. She thinks that this guy was intentionally showing himself off while changing clothes. Was it the right place to do it ? He felt certain that it was the most private at the time ( I do have ADD so i make quick judgements ) She walked by at some point and looked into his vehicle and it appeared to her that he was trying to show himself. He gets dressed and goes in stores to shop. He doesnt deny that he changed, what the difference is here, is perspective.

SO anyway, the judge went on after the lawyers were done about the rules of a guilt or acquittal. That the evidence HAS to show with out a reasonable doubt that there was intent there. That was the main one, there was like 5 other things the judge said that i cant remember, told them to convict me had to be present, if not the acquittal had to be chosen. The jury left, and it took them about 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliberate. They probably watched my interview again ( 35 minute interview ) and based what I said in my video matched up with my testimony on witness stand, vs what she said in her testimony and statements she gave cops and how they differed.


You know I was offered many times Probation before Judgement which i could had all this erased from my record in about 6 months, but I had to admit to intent of exposure. I told everyone I CAN NOT admit to something I didnt do. I would be lying, and regardless of how many times my lawyer said this is the best thing to do because there will be no conviction, and getting it exponged later on. I just couldnt admit to it, because There was no intention. I made that quite clear to everyone.
Jury came back, I closed eyes, crossed fingers, and listened.. Have you reached a verdict , yes we have your honor, we find the defendant,, Not Guilty .. I started to cry and felt the biggest chains of weight being lifted from me.
You know guys, as judgemental as many of you are on here, not everyone in this world are the same, we talked to many people over the time from the incident to the day of the trial, most of them have changed clothes at some point in time in their vehicle. Maybe not to my exent, but many women changing their tops, guys changing tops and pants, but with undies still on. Was me changing in a parking lot ideal ? I admit now it was not, and my thought process at that time was , I just want to change and get inside. There was no intent of anything. This entire ordeal was just a matter of persective, and regardless of what you still may think, you have that right to think it, but I know in my heart what my intention was and that I am no animal. A jury of peers felt the same way and that is all that mattered.
Seen my lawyer yesterday while I was grocery shopping, ( i was in my gym clothes, just came from gym ) your not going to change in your vehicle are you he said laughing, I said NO WAY.. I learned my lesson, this will never happen again , thanked him again for defending me, and I walked away.

WHOA!!! Time out. You argued she could not have seen in your truck but she knew you had an erection? As to your argument of the exercise causing erections; BS. When is the last time you saw a bunch of guys getting erections while doing their P90X exercises? Football players at conditioning training? Runners? Cyclists? If they are getting erections, I would suggest being very cautious if you shower afterwards as it isn't the exercises that are causing the erections.




beyond that, if she did see you were in a turgid state, which you admitted to, it clearly defies your argument that she never was in a position to see you and given the closeness of the vehicles (both admitted by you and the victim), there is no possibility you would not have realized there was a person beside your truck.

Sorry but regardless of anything else, your own statements have proven your guilt.

HA HA I was thinking the exact same thing. I never saw in any of his stories before talking about having an erection. My ex-husband was into himself ALOT and was always at the Gym or using weights and high intensity workouts at home. He also was quite the pervert/ sex addict. I never knew him to get erections like that. Or just at work or just eating so all I can say is WOW good thing I wasn’t on the jury. Then again I will never be on any jury good thing probably lol!!

Hiit does can cause erections later on afther work outs. The science , and evidence why is out there, You dont believe it thats your issue. I said I had one maybe, i dunno, im always hard. Being hard IS irrelevant to intent. Sorry if you see it different, but whether if someone is hard or soft can not by itself determine someones intent. Remember this incident happened 1 hour AFTER the work out.

Yes lesson learned, and like I said regardless of your personal opinion, im innocent

You were not found innocent. By your OWN STATEMENTS you are guilty.

A not guilty verdict (which if I were on the jury you would NOT have gotten - again based on your own statement) means that the state failed to provide evidence of your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It is NOT the same as being innocent. There is a difference.

regardless of whether it does or doesn't (it doesn't. I have known pro football players, pro baseball players, a high level weight lifter, and countless people that have regular workout regimens (one of them is even in one of the P90X videos) as well as my personal experience. I cannot say any of them have ever suggested it was as you suggest.), it doesn't change the fact that you had stated you did not see this woman and even described all the reasons she could not have seen you in your truck yet she knew you had a woodie.

Sorry guy but your story sounds like a lot of BS, including the claim this went to trial and you were vindicated.
