Indecent Exposure

You have yet, however, at least as far as this board is concerned, to come up with either a reasonable or a believable reason as to why you were changing your clothes in your car and not at the gym or in the mall rest rooms. Your intent is going to be SERIOUSLY in question until or unless you are able to provide that, and so far we have nothing even remotely close to either a reasonable or a believable reason.

No, the prosecution has to convince the jury you did what is claimed. The onus is upon the prosecution to prove the case.

Why didn't you go change in the public bathroom at the mall? And I'm sorry, but "I used to live near the beach and changed in my car all the time" isn't a good answer......nor is "public bathrooms are gross".....

from my research changing public restroom is illegal also. Also regardless if it is illegal or not, changing in a bathroom is more likely to be seen by someone as, in someone who enters the bathroom as opposed to someone who is in the cover of their full size pick up truck . I have to keep saying this, it is impossible for someone to see me from afar, so regardless of how many people are around, they fact is that the entire lower body is hidden out of site. IN a restroom, your entire body is visible for any one to walk in, and I dont want to change in front of anyone. In my truck, was the most discrete place at the time. There was no lengthy time of using logic and reason like we all can do now here on forums. It was a simple and quick process. Your sweaty, you get out of your vehicle, damn its cold, wind is blowing hard, air is like 32 degrees, get back in truck, make and effort to pull truck away from the front of the stores where most people are, go to the back of the stores, less around, pull in between to vehicles to give me cover, look around, no one around, quickly grab clothes from bag, slip of shoes, pull down shorts undies came with them, keeping delf still covered with coat, ( some point in time women walks by ) underwear and pants go on, shoes back on, out of truck and into stores for the next 2 hours. Now I ask you , how much logic and reason is needed and how much time would one even ponder all the possible outcomes. My intention is clear to find a place discrete, the change takes about 2 minutes.

I beg to differ, PUBLIC restroom, if your nude changing clothes in a bathroom, your still in a public restroom, people still can walk in and see you. Changing in a stall is not conveinant to someone of large size. So if your changing in a bathroom, of course your still trying to be discrete, making an effort to not be outside, but your still able to be seen if someone sees you. There is no difference what so ever between being in a restroom changing, and being in a truck changing, and rationally choosing between the two, doing it in the truck offers more privacy. Not to mention having to carry your clothes into the mall, changing then having to go back out to your truck, then go back in the mall to shop. I understand you all trying to make this into something more then it is, and im sure the prosecution will be doing the same. But most of this is easily explainable. As well as me showing there was no intent to expose self. Nothing more then just trying to get into something warmer, thats it, nothing more.

Easily explainable? Yes. Logical? No. You have not offered a reasonable explanation to you arrest incident.

Horsepuckey. There is a reasonable presumption that upon entering a public restroom, you might accidentally see some exposed bits. Urinals, much?

I'm calling BS on the "nude changing clothes" bit, too. There is no requirement to strip completely naked in order to change clothes. One half of the bod at a time, dude. If I can manage it with full bedlah, you can manage it with jeans and a sweatshirt.
