Ex-Wife Doesn't Provide "Contact Info." - Do I Have Any Recourse
My question involves a child custody case from the State of:
My ex has sole custody of our two girls and I have visitation rights here in the Sate of Oregon. Our divorce decree specifically says, either parent, when moving a child more than 60 miles away from the other, should provide "contact info." My ex ignores this order. She just emails me after the fact and says, ". . . we just returned form x and had a blast." Do I have any recourse?

"Moving" would imply the establishing of a new residential location. That's different from trips, vacations, etc. even if those trips occur outside a 60 mile radius.
