Oral Request to Leave and Replacement

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: an oral request to leave a law firm and replacement with another person.

In general a contract ends by a letter ( termination letter I can quit too or the contract can end by mutual consent too) but it must be written. I have never had a termination letter and given that I am not a lawyer ONLY A TRAINEE ( during a legal traineeship I am employee and this continues until I SUCCEED THE FINAL EXAMS FOR QUALIFIED LAWYER only then I can work as independent lawyer).

In other words I am an employee with a contract for work which continues but another person works at my place (ILLEGALLY).

My contract was entitled contract for collaboration but THIS IS NOT LEGAL EITHER, because only those who have succeeded the final exams for lawyers can work AS INDEPENDENT.

So, I have an illegal contract, another person works illegally at my place but in FUTURE I will have another contract for collaboration ILLEGAL AGAIN.

How can this be ?
one person with many connections here in Luxembourg ( he knows everyone) gave me an illegal contract for work for BONN SHCMITT STEICHEN law firm, in order to allow to his friend FLORIAN to go back to the law firm when he decides ( he was kicked out or fired but he did not want to accept it ). IN addition the girlfriend of the man with connections HATES me and decided to take my money ( the fees) in order to hide this THEY DENY ME THE REAL STATUS I HAVE ( I am employee). The man with connections is asked to spread lies about me ( defamation) in order to make ALL THE LAWYERS OR TRAINEE LAWYERS ( or at least a lot of them) LIE TO ME THAT TRAINEE LAWYERS ARE INDEPENDENT. This is needed in order to commut a fraud with my income ( this is the idea of the contract for collaboration = to create me a fictive status to make me pay taxes I do not owe and to give the money to his friends. The girlfriend who hates me want money from me as well as the man who took my job FLORIAN and another 10 people took part in the plot).

( he uses 2 lies in front of everyone : 1) he says I left the woman who took my fees with no job BUT HE HIDES THE FACT THAT SHE HAS 3 HOUSES, 5 COMPANIES AND A HOLDING FOR 15 MILLIONS IN PARIS , she cheated on him twice, I informed him indirectly about the cheatings, then HE DECIDED ALONE that she will not work in a law firm and bought her the houses and created the companies for her...
2) he says he lost money because of me BUT I AM THE REAL PERSON WHO LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF HIM =350 000 euros in 2 years when HE LEFT ME WITH NO JOB ON PURPOSE ...
I sent him a mail asking him to talk to me then he a) decided to answer to me b) decided ALONE without asking me, we did not even talk at that time, to end a serious relationship he had and c) the woman he was with ASKED HIM FOR MONEY IN ORDER TO END THE RELATIONSHIP. Then he started to BLAME ME FOR HIS MONEY LOSS. IT WAS ONLY HIS DECISION nothing else.
how did he leave me 2 years with no job = > he asked (asks) someone to observe my PC then calls the employers who recieve my CV and speaks against me in order to leave me with no job. HE IS DOING THIS WITH ALL THE EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE MY APPLICATION FORM NO MATTER IN WHICH COUNTRY I SEND. SO I AM 2 YEARS WITH NO JOB. )
So, some of you may say go to court , take a lawyer.
If I have access to a lawyer the advice he/she will give me (gave me) is in my DISFAVOR ( and in favor of the man with connections ).
I will go before the TRIBUNAL ( réféfé en urgence ) an urgent procedure in order to ask for my salaries, BUT THIS SAME MAN FOUND AN ARRANGEMENT WITHTHE JUDGE. IT IS LOST IN ADVANCE.

ANY OTHER ADVICE ???
I MAY contrat some associations for protections of the human rights but you can imagine that lies and money( from him) can make them not help me.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO GIVE ME SOME ADVICE I WILL APPRECIATE IT.

I have some knowledge of European employment law but only to the extent that it's very very very different from US employment law. You will have to post your issues on a site that specializes in European employment law. Unfortunately none of us here know of such a site, so you'll have to find it yourself.
