Garnishment of All Accounts I Had Signature on, Including a Corporation I Don't Own
My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Florida
A judge issue a garnished of my accounts to my bank. I had a personal account and a LLC under my name with were garnished but I am also the agent for a foreign corporation. This account was garnished too and I have no ownership in this one, I am their agent. The bank said the have to blocked all account with my signature no matter who owns it. Of course the foreign people are waiting for a solution to this situation, what can they/I do to solve this.
Thanks for the help.

Replace the other companies money from your own assets.

I can't see the garnishment order from here. If the garnishment order included the bank account for which you are only an agent, then that's why it was garnished.
The company can seek the return of its money by filing a motion with the court that ordered the garnishment and establishing that it was the company's money, not yours. Or you can pay the company back for the money that was taken from their account to satisfy your debt.
