Roommate Trying to Take Me Off Lease
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Minnesota.

Alright. I am a leasegood signer. Roommate threatened me saying the moment I physically left our apartment they, he his boyfriend, would throw all my belongings out of the apartment and lock me out.

Now this is all fine and dandy because I'm almost positive the above would be illegal. However, his latest threat was saying "I already talked to <apartment manager> and she said she would take yo u off the lease before the lease was over." I was wondering if I can be taken off a lease without my consent.

If your landlord wants you off the lease he can do so either with your consent, or through the process of eviction (for which he needs legal grounds). Perhaps your roommate has told him or implied that you'll consent to being removed from the lease.
