What Can Be Prosecuted As Distribution of Child Porn

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

Hi I have a question if a girl confessed saying she saw a naked person on yahoo images would she be charged with possession and distribution of child porn? Impound saying that she saw child porn on yahoo image count as distribution or dissemination? Since she stated where she saw it,(The message only says i saw it in yahoo image)it could be count as distribution right?let's pretend the person is 17 and that the picture was found pornographic.)

what do you believe she might be guilty of? She didn't create the picture, correct? She didn't send the picture to anybody, correct? She didn't download the picture, correct?

If a person is innocently exposed to child porn, they are not a criminal just because they saw it.

Now, if she went looking for child porn, that is a different situation.
