Eviction from Renting an RV Space
Back in october I was out of work. I moved into my rv. Basically had a verbal agreement or 300 a month. Well I was late in December. So I had a garage sale and traded equiptment for Decembers rent. The next month I had to get emergency assistance from my indian tribe. I made sure and had the check sent to my land lord with a 25 dollar late fee. The bia said they could help me. They told me to get a lease agreement and a property description. For the month of february I paid him 125.00. Since I knew I would be late I went to my landlord to get a rental agreement. He refused and said it was month to month. When I was late in december I gave the title to my rv to the land lord showing good faith. Currently I owe him 200.00. Not including 300 due by the 5th. Yesterday he banged on the door demanding rent. Told me he was going to cut my power. I explained to him tht I needed a legal description and lease agreement 3 weeks ago. So yeasterday he slipped a rental agreement in my door. It was an Occupant - owner/agent lease. They signed my name and address at the top and the landlord signed as owner/agent. This agreement basically told me that he was keeping my trailer as collateral. Can he evict me and keep my title. Upon further investigation he is not operating by city code. My trailer is in an old easement on no pad. He has no permit for a rv park in the city in question. He also uses the other side of the lot for his RC car racing complex about 3 doors down. So on the weekend I am blocked in. Please help, unhappy camper...

You created the situation by not paying him. Pay him and your troubles will all go away.
Re: Eviction from Renting an RV Space
You didn't follow the instruction to identify your state. As you were told when you posted, laws vary by state.
Exactly what is it that you are renting? A lot in a trailer park? A space at the end of somebody's driveway? A space in a camp ground? Permission to park in a parking lot?
