Police Called Over Claim of a Loan That Was Not Made

My question involves criminal law for the state of: florida, police tryed to contact me via phone. i have nothing to say.

If the police were told only that you would not repay a loan, I doubt that they would have investigated. We don't know what representations were actually made to the police.

Next time someone wants a loan, give it to them and they won't complain to the police how mean you are.
