Possible Paraphenalia Charge

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I was just pulled over for passing a cop going 65 mph on a two lane highway, I went through the motions ID, POI the works. He questioned me about my cigarillos i had in the front and Asked if i had been smoking weed, Which i haven't and told him no. He asked to search my car, and I agreed not knowing that my friend had left a marijuana pipe in the center console. They found the Pipe and continued to search the car and found nothing else. They conducted a sobriety test which i passed and then searched my persons and found nothing more. They said they were going to cite me for the pipe and that i would receive a summons in the mail. I'm 19 and home from spring break, i go to college 4 hours away and this is my first offence..I was curious as to what i should go about doing or what i should look for in the near future. Any help is appreciated..Thanks.

You're not really clear about what advice you are looking for. What you should look for in the near future is a summons in the mail. What you should go about doing is follow the instructions on how to reply to the summons when you get it. Are you asking does the state have a good case against you? It seems that they do. Are you asking for advice on whether you should try to fight the charge? That depends on several factors, including what your specific charges turn out to be and whether it is worth it to you (in terms of time and expense) to try to beat it.
