Effect of Overstayed Visa on Naturalization
I Over stood my visa,I've been in the states for 12 yrs n now my fiancée is tryin to get marry so she can help me out so I can get a job n go to school so we can live a happy live like any other resident or citizen(she was born n raised in the states)..I I've never been in any trouble w. the law n ive actually graduated from elementary school n high school in the states, What can I do to try to apply for a change of status? What is the process that I need to go through to actually get some progress? Around how much will everything cost (all together) ?
    Any help will be appreciated?

You are likely subject to a 10 year ban and will need to leave the country for that period to even apply with a hope for approval. How old are you? This will help us determine your ban period.

The USCIS website has all of the information and forms that you need. Marrying simply for an immigration benefit is inappropriate. She should not marry you simply to "help <you> out".
