    Recourse Loan in Bankruptcy 7
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: CA

I'm co-borrower & my mother is borrower. My mother's house is currently in foreclosure. However, I, (co-borrower) will be the one they'll, (bank) be coming after because at the time (2004), I was the one who was working full-time & had a stable job history, (now unemployed, 11/2011), while my mother was getting pension funds after my father passed away (2006). We do have a recourse loan, however, I was wondering if I can file this in bankruptcy?

Keep it all int he same thread. You seem deluded however. They'll come after all those obligated to the loan. A co-borrower is 100% responsible for the loan and so is the borrower.
