What to Expect from Minor Drug Possesion on California School Campus

I got caught with 1-2 grams of pot during school. I live in the San Francisco bay area in California. I am 14 years old i've already been directed to go to a 12 week drug program and i have a court date. What should i expect from the court and also i heard from some friends that my license will be automatically suspended when i receive it when i'm 16 is this true.

I know that my parents have to pay a lot of money and I have already dealt with the school an i have just been suspended but i'm on a contract with the district but what will be my penalty by the courts? Will i get probation fined could i get juevy time?

It depends on the judge. You can get fines, probation, and yes, time in Juvie....most likely not juvie as long as this is a first offense and you enroll into a drug treatment program and stay clean.....preferably before your court date.
