Charged for Driving Under Revocation, But Had a Valid Out-of-State License
My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Colorado/ New York
I got a DUI in Colorado, therefore my license was suspended in Colorado. I then got a renewal form in the mail from my New York license (I had lived in Massachusetts between the two and turned that license in to obtain my co dl originally). I filled out the renewal and obtained a NY license "again" before getting pulled over. I never told the police officers I had the ny license because I knew that too is a crime. My question is this; what are the penalties if I tell the judge that I was in fact licensed (holding 2 dl at once, obtaining an out of state dl while knowing I was revoked/ suspended/etc in another). Advice?
Re: Charged for Driving Under Revocation, But Had a Valid Out-of-State License
If you're revoked in Colorado, you're revoked in Colorado. Holding a valid license from another state doesn't change that fact.
Re: Charged for Driving Under Revocation, But Had a Valid Out-of-State License
The in-state revocation supersedes any out of state license.

You certified you were not suspended/revoked to get your NY license. Lying renders it invalid.
