Are Boxer Shorts Legal in a Picture

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Louisiana

Hi im asking is it legal for a guy under 18 to post picture in their boxer shorts in the net? Would it be legal,does it define the federal law of child porn? I need facts or opinion. I had tons of people say it is legal because you are not naked but is it true? (note i don't plan on ever doing it or so,I'm just curious.)

Unless you're posing in a lewd or suggestive manner, it would be no different than posting a pic of yourself in your swim trunks.

Do us a favor, though. If you're going post such a pic - and people don't ask if it's OK unless they're going to - get a little sun first, and for the love of all that's sacred and profane, don't make the duck face.
