Desk Appearance Ticket for Possession of Marijuana, PL 221.10

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York

Hello, recently I received a DAT for possession of marijuana (221.10) in Queens (My first offense). I don't own enough money for a lawyer, would a free legal attorney be enough to get this case dismissed? Would an individual under the age of 18 need to appear for the DAT with a parent or guardian?

Ask about an acd,it would dismiss the case if u stay out of trouble for a year,pd should be fine for a case like this.
