Short answer....no. If she is physically abusing you, call 911 or CPS or tell a trusted adult (teacher,counselor, etc..). If, and its a big if, CPS finds cause to remove you from the home...you go into foster care and not on your own.

How much money do you make at your full time job? How long have you been supporting yourself 100% while making exemplary grades in school?
If the answers are not "Enough to pay for 100% of my living expenses, including market rate rent and utilities, food, clothing, and school expenses." and "At least a year, separate from my parents.", you won't even get an emancipation petition heard, let alone granted.
