Should I get a lawyer when my son's dad didn't bother to let me know that my son went into the emergency room until a day later, and he didn't bother to list me down as his mother in registration? Also when he doesn't bring the baby back on time and doesn't let me know when he is on his way coming to get him or bringing him back? We had mediation but the mediator won't return my phone calls and he seems like he is favoring his dad over me. I thought they were neutral.
