Criminal Trespassing After Being Banned From a Store

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
I am looking for some help and advise I was ticketed for shoplifting in 2010 at Walmart I went to court payed my fine and moved on with my life like a year later I went back to walmart and continued to go ever since I see security follow me from time to time and thought oh they will leave me alone when they realize I am not causing any problems or doing anything wrong, no instead they contiue to follow me but whatever I just ignore them well a couple years pass and im in the store with my twelve year old and there following very close so she was getting nevous so I asked them to back off Im not doing anything to them, and I leave I went back a coupke weeks later to get a tire put on and I am confronted by a police officer they called the cops on me out of nowhere and I got a criminal tresspass ticket, I asked what I did wrong and they said nothing but we have the right to refuse you here. Ok heres the scary part I drive home and get out of my car anmd Im pretty shakin up and I see one of the security from walmart drive past my house real slowly so he makes sure I see him! Its cxrazy and I dont know what to do? Im starting to get scared!

I am not aware that Walmart has hit squads in AZ. I think you are safe, if you stay away.

What exactly are you asking? I can't comment on the LP driving past your home. He didn't say anything to you, nor did he make any gestures. As far as we all know, he could've been on his way home.

Why did you choose to go back to Wal-Mart after you had been caught shoplifting? It sounds as if you were aware of the fact that you were banned but chose to go back anyway. They seemed to have given you enough rope to hang yourself. They followed you throughout the store and I am sure that they documented your visits on more than one occassion. So you got a court date for criminal trespass now. What are you asking for? Advice? To vent? Opinions?

When you were apprehended for shoplifting, you signed some documents. One was a ban from ALL WAL-MART stores.
So once you entered the other store...guess what? They had the right to arrest you.

It is called Criminal Trespass. Basically, they do not want you in their store. They have the right to that. And since you signed that agreement, you knew you were not allowed in ANY WalMart......
