Parking Ticket by Airport Police Contains Errors
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Tennessee
My co worker was driving our hotel's shuttle to the airport and was spotted by security with no lights on. When my friend began to pull out after unloading the passenger's luggage Airport Police walked along side him and did a search and back ground check. They then called the county for back up in case an arrest needed to be made. My friend's citation has his name misspelled, no drivers license number, no SSN, And directs him to our county's general sessions court even though the airport is an excl ave of another surrounding county and our city and county respective have tried to unsuccesffully annex and tax the airport for years.. Is the ticket still valid? My friend also has a MO. drivers license but the officer could not find it on file. previous arrests by another local jurisdiction did.
Re: Parking Ticket by Airport Port Police Has Barely Any Information Right
So, I am confused. You say parking ticket, and mention arrest? What is/are the exact charge(s)?
Re: Parking Ticket by Airport Police Contains Errors
Is this a parking ticket? You posted it as a question about reckless driving. It confuses the issues when you post in a random forum rather than taking the ten or so additional seconds required to post in the proper location.
If it's a parking ticket and the car is properly identified, the other errors aren't likely to amount to a hill of beans.
Re: Parking Ticket by Airport Police Contains Errors
the citation was for lights, RECKLESS DRIVING, and no license. the citation was not given when anyone was even moving but i guess "parking" ticket was a bad choice of words. they tried to have him arrested but declined to do so when they couldnt get the local police from their city to drive all the way to this exclave in my county to take him to their jail.
