Emancipation in Idaho

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: i want to get emancipated from my mother and stepfather, my step father is a truck driver so he is never home but when he is home we do not get along at all and he has a kid with my mother so he facers her over me, my mom has recently watched my sister beat me up at she stood and watched in our back yeard, my mom and i have troubles getting along i have deppression and she likes to make things worse by making fun of me for it im 16 and trying to get help with it my boyfriend who is 19 wants me to come move in with him to were he knows ill be feed and have somewhere warm to sleepmy mom at the moment has not given me lunch money for school and forgets to feed me leaving me with fending for my self witch i dont mind im old enough too but ita hard to when theirs no food in the house.... i just need to find a way to get out of my house and i dont know if i can go live with my dad he devorced from my mom or not cause he has to go back to jail soon.. i need to get out of my house...its not fun not wanting to come home... or when your to scared to come home your home should be the safest place for you...but too me im scared to come home

You are not going to be emancipated.

PLEASE start reading about emancipation. It is not meant for teens who are unhappy at home.

If you are being abused or are at risk, call CPS, speak to a school counselor or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.

You do belong in a foster home, IMO. Any child permitted to date an adult at your age is being neglected. BTW, you will never get emancipated on the basis of being able to move in and sleep with your adult boyfriend. That, as I mentioned, means you need more supervision. If you went out and obtained a job that would pay for your own apartment, all your food, clothing etc.., health care AND you could do it while attending school full time, for at least a year, you MIGHT have a shot at it, when you are 17.
