Meddling Grandmother

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ya know what state.

Turns out my mother gave my ex a laundry list of things to bring up to psychologist and GAL from Birth on that she would otherwise have never known. If grandmother has a pattern of meddling in her sons lives and relationships, to attempt the alienation of the granchild, IE She meddles and befriends wives and girlfriends and turns them agaisnt the husbands and fathers to have a granchild unabated by the father, how does a court see that? (My two brothers have not talked to mom for over 7 years because of this)

Can it be relevant? when a final custody trial occurs

Like shortly after my ex left My mother flew child and mom to paradise for extravagant vacations, while i was only 30 minutes away.

10 years ago my mother meddle in my first childs life and then proceeded to fly that child and mother to hong Kong and Paradise for the next 10 years.


What if your own mother beat your siblings, and put you into a violent relationship as a child where her boyfriend hit siblings and exposed them to terrible things, will That Be relevant?

Doesn't impact a custody issue between the parents.

That's on the mother of the child. YOUR mother is allowed to enable whomever she chooses. The legal reality is that the MOTHER of the child CHOSE to go (unless you now want to claim that your mother kidnapped her and that child).

Nope.

So the more and more I go along with this, it appears as if, internet talk is just that, "talk" 'words' and they say talk is cheap, they also say actions speak louder than words,

Obviously there is gonna be an opinion from the GAL ultimately, but it would appear by alot of my readings if one just stays the course, and proves by action, independance and a genuine want to parent their child; its like pulling a tooth from an alive T-rex to strip one (a Parent) of his rights?

That's about the size of it, yes.

I had a moment last night, and stumbled on an argument maybe. Two cents would be appreciated.

It dawned on me that my ex is adopted, and from past conversations there was always a disdain for that fact. it also dawned on me that her best alibi in this is also adopted and also has disdain for the fact of that.
Could there be a corrolation between this and how the ex has blatantly withheld the child and asked me to allow adoption? Like (mothers sub-conscious) "I want my daughter to be like me"
Will a psychologist or GAL see this easier than me?

And what if any relation would this have on why this is happening or what the final order would be?

How relevant are post on facebook/internet, if actions speak differently? I made the mistake of posting alot of stoopid sh#t on the internet, (not directly at anyone), just venting. How damaging could this be? I mean im angry and frustrated, and sad. normal feelings that i have expressed. My actions however have been responsible independent and stay the course.

Is that enough to rebutt any internet post!?

It depends on the actual content, as you know.

It's one thing saying "I effing hate my effing ex because she took my effing kid blah blah blah".

It's another thing entirely suggesting, for example, that you're considering turning up and grabbing the child. Even if it's said out of frustration.

One is considered hyperbole, and though not exactly stellar parenting (cussing out the ex), somewhat expected. The other could seriously be considered a threat.

So I may have made a "hyperbole" statement. When I didnt think anybody was lookin, I made a statement. the Dr. brought it up to me and said "you kinda shot ur self in the foot with this one"
I said "I didnt know anybody was watchin, and if it was taken seriously why were authorities not notified"?
the internet post was from 5:31am on new years day and gramatically a mess.

he asked me if it was a threat, and i said "no, i never thought it would get back to anyone except the select friends i (thought) i allowed to see it"

needless to say i havent post anything since new years day.

Now mom has moved the child again to a city a fair distance away. {Sick to stomach}

as far as my statement i think i played right into their hand, and let my frustrations get the best of me, 15 months and i snapped cyberly,,,,,,(napolean voice "idiot")

at what point should the GAL be looking into the new husband seeing as they live together with "B"?

Sigh. Okay, did you recently violate the restraining order against you?
