Can a 16 Year Old Just Move
My question involves guardianship in the State of: Texas

I am 16 years old boy live in texas. I want to ask, what if my parents accepted for me to move to another state and live with their friend(who is unrelated and about 10 years older than me), then can I just move in and live with him?
If not, what do my parents need to do in both state in order to let me live with that person, it's like give him the guardianship. What is the easiest way to just let me live with him?
My parents dislike to involved anything about court, laws, attorney,v...v... That's why.
    Please help me!

Who didn't move out when they were 16 or 17? Let me guess: your parents are morons, they don't know squat...etc.

If they allow you to move, that's it -- move.

If not, then you cannot move...they'll just come & get you.

What type of relationship can you have with a 26-30 year old?

Likely an illegal one. The age of consent in TX is 17 with a Romeo and Juliet clause. But if there's a 26 to 30 year old aiding a 16 year old over state lines, you can bet that a federal prosecutor will attempt to nail him under the Mann Act, regardless of the nature of the relationship. (And no, juries don't buy it that a 30 year old brings a 16 year old to live with them for platonic reasons). Unless you want to risk sending your "friend" to federal prison, you need to keep your butt at home until you are an adult.
