Do Juvenile DV Charges Count as Priors for Adults
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Virginia

Does a juvenile assault and battery count towards in a criminal domestic violence case in Virginia?
1st assault offense was for pushing a bus driver when involved in a fight at age 14. 2nd DV offense was for swinging a crutch at father.

Now charged with new DV offense in Virginia. Does the juvenile assault count? If so, it would be a felony...

Was the juvenile tried as an adult and was the charge deferred?

Juvenile was charged as juvenile and sentence was deferred in the place of community service and drug treatment. Records are sealed. Does that count as a prior?
