My question involves juvenile law in the State of: New York

You'll be caught and dragged back home.
NY does not have a statute for emancipation, and at 14 you are much too young for emancipation anyway. There is not a state in the US that will emancipate a child based on the fact that their parents will not allow them to do sports.
What do you think emancipation is?
If you are being provided shelter, food, clothing, clean drinking water, access to education as required by state law and are not being physically abused, then no, there is no NEED as far as the state or the courts are concerned. You have no constitutional right to sports or fun.
You can't even SEE emancipation from where you are.
let me guess, you were hoping that emancipation meant that you could still have your parents support you but you would be able to do whatever you want.
It doesn't work that way.
You didn't mention your job, your own home, how you were paying for all your own expenses (including insurance, food, rent, utilities and fun) and how your business plan included paying for your own college.
What job does a 14 year old have that makes over $2,500 a month?
Read this.
If you run away from home, the police can pick you up and take you back home. If you habitually run away from home, you can end up in juvie.
Fate worse than death!
Is there anyway for me to get away from my parents?
No.
