My question involves criminal records for the state of Texas: I was arrested for Unlawful Restrainted back in 2006. Received 10 years probation with Deffered Adjudication. I did 1/3 of the time and case was dismiss in 2009 by a judge. Can I expunge this or do i need a non-disclosure?
It looks like you are entitled to an expungement if the charge of "Unlawful Restraint" aren't related to a victim under the age of 17. You must also wait 5 years after the completion of your probation before you are eligible to apply for the expungement.
This means that if you finished you probation on December 01, 2011 - You aren't eligible until December 01, 2016 to apply for the expungement.
