MY question: "I was arrested and charged with lewd behavior exposure & disorderly conduct 2 counts a piece. I was in a gas station nobody seen me the clerk thought I was stealing so she check the camera and seen my behavior. She also said I exposed myself to her which is not on camera neither is that true. I spoke with officers and I told them I was fondling but never erect.
I spoke to an attorney and he told me I should have never admitted anything. This is my first offense ever. What should I expect @ my settlement conference. Im currently taking therapy classes and being represented by a public defender..

Since you admitted to fondling yourself in public...and she claims you exposed yourself...you will want a lawyer. Fast. And you may find yourself on the National Sex Offender Registry. -

My oh my, you should not have even spoken to the police but to ID yourself ... your attny said "not to admit anything", well a 5 yr old knows this ... you should not talk to them period. Watch the vid in my sig line.
