F1 Visa with an Arrest Record
Hello, I was arrested for trespassing charge in NC in 2009. The case got dismissed with any fee or even court-caused fee soon after. And when I got arrested, I didn't get handcuffed or anything. I was lead to magistrate's office and got a photo taken without any finger printing.

Since that incident, I've been in and out of USA with no problem.

I have to renew my Visa this coming summer and I know I should put 'yes' to the question asking about arrest record or any criminal record.
I should probably provide the police report and the court's disposition and record, right?
Would it be hard for me to renew my visa?
    Thanks.

If the honest answer to the question is "Yes", then you answer "Yes".

You would want documentation of the case and its disposition.

We know next to nothing about the incident, but I would not expect it to prevent the issuance of a visa.
