I Have a Good Record As a Tourist with My Italian Passport but Have a J1 Denied
I have a J1 visa denied because the consul considered that I was not a full-time student because i didnt have enough subjects this quarter which is a requirement for this visa, in my Argentinian passport put a stamp that says, CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. In turn, I have an Italian passport and have even traveled as a tourist before I applied for that Exange Visitor Visa (J1), there's a form called ESTA for the visa waiver program that you have to do online before your departure, the form is still approved because I did it last year and mine is going to expire May 2012. There are many regulations under that program and I have doubts if this J1 visa could harm my future trips as a tourist and I have a good record of three visits with my Italian passport even this year. My family is planning our summer vacations in Florida for next february, do you think i would have any problem?

Even with the Argentine passport you are OK. The "without prejudice" means they aren't holding anything against you. If you get enough courses to met the J1 requirements, you can reapply for that, if you qualify for another (or a visa waiver), then that is fine too.
