Phone Recording

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TX

I have temp custody of my 3 year old boy and am trying to have custody with my wife having visitation every other weekend. I have been recording the phone calls from my wife. She dose not know she is being recorded. Will this stand up in court?

Texas is a one party state.... however, a better question is will the court care what you are presenting?

You are still married.

You're obviously embroiled in a somewhat contentious divorce/custody situation. Even if the recordings are admissible, they may not make a difference. Nor may they paint you in a positive manner.
