    So how will I know if I am going get charged and go to court if I had already set up a payment plan

    You failed to show for a meeting so you and the company could make arraignments for them to get paid back. By you failing to show, the company thinks you don't want to pay them back. There next step would be to call the police and file a report.

    You will not know if you are going to get charged until a detective shows up at you home and arrests you. Then you will also know your court date.

    2 days have passed since the meeting, have you at least reached out to your employer at all?

    Yes but I already made arrangements and I had already started paying them Before the meeting. And I have but they do not tell me anything

    That meeting was important. They wanted to see how far you were willing to go to settle things.

    Your opportunity to have input into the situation was the meeting you missed. Now, you wait for the store to decide on the next steps.
