    Marrying My Illegal High School Sweetheart
    Ive been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years we met in high school and hes been in the US for about 11 years then he went back to mexico voluntarily 2 years ago. Im so miserable without him and i go to mexico to visit him but he doesnt belong here at all he grew up in the US, I wanna marry him..we dont know what we can do to get him back. Please I need help....I wont give up on him!

    You say "he went back to Mexico voluntarily" - you mean, he simply decided it was time to go back, or that he accepted voluntary departure to end deportation proceedings? He was how old at that time?

    He decided to go back. and he was 16 at the time now he is 18

    Illegal presence before age 18 does not count against him You are both very young for marriage, but if you intend to marry him, you should seek the assistance of an immigration law specialist to file the forms. There are social service agencies that assist people with fees based on income. Remember that you must have an income greater than 125% of the poverty line to be a sponsor.
