Decision of "Matter of Le" Upon K-2 "Age Out"
I just read the interim decision named " Matter of Le". It looks like the law is about to adjust to solve the K-2 age out problem.
Here is a link to the documenthttp://www.justice.gov/eoir/vll/intdec/vol25/3719.pdf
I've been an "age out" K-2 for some years, so I am very concern about this. But I can not find more information.
Is there anyone knows if the final decision on " Matter of Le" was decided yet?
I really hope the law can be adjusted, so I don't have to live in the unfair situation any more.
Re: Decision of "Matter of Le" Upon K-2 "Age Out"
Under Matter of Le, if an applicant entered the U.S. on a K-2 visa and turned 21 before filing for adjustment of status based on his mother’s marriage to the petitioning U.S. citizen, he remains eligible for adjustment of status. As a Board of Immigration Appeals ruling, that should apply nationwide.

Is that mean the adjustment on K-2 is final decided already?
