Broke My Primary Hands Index Finger in Three Places
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Illinois, Concerning settlement values, I'd prefer not to have to pay an attorney and try to get the max settlement or at least very best settlement I can for myself. On the job (a heavy industrial construction setting) my index finger on my right hand (I'm right handed) was broken in three places was between the first and second joints from the end of the finger, I have now approximately a 25% loss of use as I cannot close the finger as tightly as the others as well a a slight sideways turn or crook to it. Given the limited information supplied ( but this pretty well sums up the condition of the finger) what respectively would this be worth momentarily as a settlement?
