Parole Transfer
My question involves criminal law for the state of: wisconsin
i have been approved to transfer back to the sate i came from, now my question is that,i am not able to leave at the moment even tho i have been approved, money is tight and i can not afford to buy bus ticket or anything like that at the moment,i have been told that i have a short window given that i have been approved to go back to the state i came from, now iv only been approved, there hasnt been a time yet given to me by my probation officer on when i have to leave,he's actually waithing on me,i just dont know when i will have the money to leave,he told me that my transfer could get rejected if i cant leave soon,he said i would have to wait 6 months if it does get rejected, thats when i would beable to put in for another transfer,is this true,i will have money with in like 3 weeks, thats the most it will take for me to leave,

Re: Parole Transfer
Are you on probation or parole? It usually takes 30-45 days to get your request approved. If the receiving state has sent you reporting instructions and you have not reported, then you can expect them to a)close interest, b) violate you for failure to report or c) both. You need to make sure that they are not expecting you because they will send you failed appointment letters or just go straight to violation depending on how the office works. Your second request to transfer may be denied as a result.
