I lost my unemployment claim through the Board of Review and now have to file a Notice of Appeal within 45 days of the date of my BOR letter/ judgment. The 45 days is up on Fri and I need to file a motion asking for an extension of time to file, and give a reason why. I looked on the NJ Superior Court website under the link forms, but did not see one for this; I saw one for when the 45 days has already expired, but not before.
Wondering if someone knew what to do or what form to file before closing tomorrow. Called but didn't get to speak with anyone who knew the answer.
