My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: TI had a 6 month lease signed in 08/2011 nd it was for 6 months now my landlord decided to sell d mobile home and says i have to get out by the end of this month and dat she will return my deposit wen i leave my home can she do dat
If you're in the U.S., and there are no other reasons to end your lease (breach by you, nonpayment, etc.), you should be able to stay through the end of your lease term; but you didn't follow the instruction to identify the state involved and your limited skill with written English raises the question of whether you're even in the U.S.
Note that if your landlord bluffs you into moving, and you do so voluntarily, that's not an eviction.
