How Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves guardianship in the State of: texas

I am 17 yrs old and I am tired of taking the emotional and physical abuse from my family. I want to know if I can get emancipated. I have 2 jobs so income is no problem. I am going to get married next year and I just want to live on my own untill that day. I might have an ok relationship with my parents at times but in others I suffer from verbal abuse more than anything and i cant say anything. I dont want to call cps for that i will be turning 18 in 7 months. I know it is just a short time away but i can not take this anymore it has gone long enough!

Read this and this. To start with, you must not only be capable of supporting yourself, you must already be managing your own financial affairs. If you are not, it will be difficult to create a track record of doing so before you turn 18. Also, unless you're really luck and your parents don't oppose the petition, you can expect that the process is going to take two to three months after you file.

How about asking your parents for permission to move out?
