When Do I Take My Diversion Class
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
I went to court and pleased guilty and was issued a 6 hour anti-theft class. I went to the court house to sign up for a class date and the lady told me I have to wait until my next court date/sentencing date to sign up for a class, but I'm pretty sure that the judge told me to do the class before my next court date which is next week. I am wrong or do I need to complete the class before next week. And if so, can I take online classes? Where?
Re: When Do I Take My Diversion Class
Go back to the court and ask the clerk for more details about anti-theft classes for your jurisdiction.
Somebody here may be able to help if you identify the court.
Re: When Do I Take My Diversion Class
Oh my goodness! I'm glad I went back, turns out I did need to have it completed by next thursday, and I was lucky enough to get the last available date, it's this Sunday and they only do weekends. Thank God. I can put this stupid mistake behind. Anyway, thanks for the help. ;):o:friendly_wink::02.47-tranquillity:
