Is There Any Legal Way to Break My Lease
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas

Can I break my lease if there have been numerous things happen like being stalked, car broken into in the complex parking lot, etc.? I've had many issues with this complex that I could explain in detail if said details will help me. I've spoken to the lady who owns this complex and said there is nothing she can do (despite me knowing that she can easily release me from the lease). I explained to her that a young, single, white female isn't safe in this complex, but she refuses to understand. I filed a police report on the last incident. Any way I can get out of here before something happens to me? And without much or any consequences?

You have not told us who is stalking you or how that's associated with your tenancy.

Somebody broke into your car, one one occasion? That could happen anywhere.

Perhaps the details you've omitted would make things more clear, but as it stands you haven't shared any facts that would allow you to escape your lease.
